ICode Foundation (“The Company”) organizes ICode Global Hackathon (“The Event”) for K12 students ages 6-16 years every year through its websites, www.icode.org and www.icode.education referred to jointly as “Portal”

Participant (“User”) can register for the Event directly or through their guardians, school, or parents.

The Fees paid by the participant is NON-REFUNDABLE except for the following instances

1. Users is unable to access the Event due to technical error caused by the Company.
2. User access is deactivated without pre information.
3. The portal is continuously not available for more than 24 hours without any planned communication.

In case of any of the above, the User shall be refunded 100% of the payment.
